Q.01 What is Detroit-style pizza?
A rectangular, pan-baked pizza. Cheese goes right to the edges and caramelises against the steel (the frico edge). Sauce is applied after baking, in diagonal lines across the top, never under. The crust is thick, airy inside, crisp outside.
Q.02 Where are you based?
Dough Club is open across Manchester: Oxford Road, Withington and Cheadle Hulme. Visit the Locations page for addresses and the fastest way to order.
Q.03 Can I order for delivery?
Yes. Use the Order Now button, then choose the shop nearest you. Delivery is handled by our partner couriers.
Q.04 Do you do collection?
Yes, collection is available from every Dough Club shop. Order ahead through the app to skip the wait.
Q.05 How long does a pizza take to bake?
Four minutes in the conveyor oven at 284 °C. The dough is cold-fermented for 48 hours before it ever sees heat, which is where most of the flavour comes from.
Q.06 Are there vegetarian / vegan options?
Classic Marg and Margarita Deluxe are both meat-free, and so are the garlic bread, focaccia bites and mozzarella sticks. A fully vegan build is in development. The Club hears about it first.
Q.07 I have an allergy. What should I do?
See the Allergens page for the full declarable list. Allergen information is kept current at the point of sale, on the ordering website and on the in-store kiosks, and printed matrices are held in every shop. If you have a severe allergy, tell a member of staff before you order and they will check it with you.
Q.08 Is all the food halal?
Yes. Every meat ingredient at Dough Club is halal-certified, and we don't serve pork or use alcohol in any dish or dough. The whole kitchen runs halal, no asterisks.

Yes. Email us at contact@doughclub.co.uk with the date, location and rough headcount and we'll come back with a quote.
