- Halal commitmentNon-negotiable. Every pan, every ingredient.
- Site in a target cityPriority: Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Nottingham, Sheffield.
- Capital & patienceEstimated £80–£100k. First year is a build, not a withdrawal.
