The rules of the site.
Short version: this website is a shop window. It is not where you place an order, and it is not a substitute for asking us about allergens.
Who these terms are with
This website is run by Club Holdings Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16189236, with its registered office at 533 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 4BA. Dough Club is our trading name.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
This site is not an ordering system
You cannot buy anything on doughclub.co.uk. Every Order Now button sends you to our ordering partner at doughclub.vmos.io, which is a separate service with its own terms and its own privacy policy. Payment, delivery, refunds and order problems are all handled there, not here.
Nothing on this site is a contractual offer. A contract only exists once an order is accepted in the ordering app.
Menu, prices and availability
Menus and prices are set per shop and change. What you see on this site is a guide to the range, not a live price list. The ordering app is the only accurate source for what is available and what it costs at your shop today.
Items sell out, especially limited drops. We cannot guarantee that anything shown here will be on when you arrive.
Allergens and dietary information
Our kitchens handle ingredients from across the 14 declarable allergen groups, and there is no separate allergen-free preparation area. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of any allergen.
If you have a severe allergy, do not rely on this website. Speak to staff at the shop before you order. Full detail is on our allergens page, which is the version we keep current.
Halal
All meat we serve is halal-certified. We do not serve pork and we do not use alcohol in any dish or dough. Certification is held at supplier level and we are happy to show it on request at any shop.
Opening hours and locations
Opening hours on this site are accurate at the time of publishing, but shops occasionally close early, open late or shut for maintenance. Check the ordering app or our Instagram before travelling.
Using the site
You may browse the site, print pages and share links freely. You may not scrape it, copy it wholesale, republish our photography or branding, or use any of it to imply that we endorse you. Please do not try to break, overload or interfere with the site.
Our content
The Dough Club name, logo, photography, illustrations and written copy on this site belong to us or to the people who made them for us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
Links to other sites
We link out to our ordering partner, our email platform, Google Maps and Instagram. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their terms.
Accuracy and liability
We put real effort into keeping this site correct, but we do not promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on information published here, including menu and hours information.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Franchise enquiries
Anything on our franchising page is an invitation to talk, not an offer of a franchise and not a financial projection you should rely on. Any franchise arrangement would be governed by a separate signed agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Contact
Anything to raise about these terms: contact@doughclub.co.uk, or write to Club Holdings Limited, 533 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 4BA.
